At the end of the day, it all comes down to the level of commitment you place on your efforts. I’m not talking about three hours a day at the gym. Nor am I talking about rationing your food or eating things that would make your dog run and hide. What we’re talking about here is a realistic plan that brings your mind, body and spirit back to where they were designed to be, working as one cohesive unit. But I can’t stress this enough. In order to get where you want to be, you must be prepared to change how you view eating, exercising and living a healthy lifestyle.

To do this right you’ll want to start with the vision you have of your ideal lifestyle. Perhaps you have visualized this. Maybe it motivates you for a few minutes and then life intervenes and the vision vanishes.
